My name is Ailza Karathomas and I am looking forward to starting the 2021-2022 school year with you! This will be my first year teaching special education at the Oradell Public School. 

What motivates me...

One of my favorite quotes from Albert Einstein is " I have no special talents, I'm just passionatley curious". This quote adequately describes my philosphy on education and exemplifies my curiosity in seeing what works fro any student to grow and become lifelong learners. It motivates me to learn more, when I know more, I do better.
