Off Site Lunch Dismissal: Beginning the first day of school, all students leaving the building at lunch must be checked out. The following are procedures are utilized for children leaving for lunch:

• The child's parent/guardian must send a note/email to the homeroom teacher indicating that the child leave for lunch. In a family with more than one child being checked out, a separate notes must be sent to each homeroom teacher.
• Parents designate an adult to pick up their child. 
• At dismissal for lunch, children being picked up will be directed to the main hallway. Children will be released to the specified adult.
• At the conclusion of lunch, students in grades K-3 must be signed back in by an adult. Students in grades 4-6 may sign themselves back in.
